What are the minimum specifications for today's current games? - good gaming power supply 2010

I think my computer has a budget of a prize, (2010) today announced support games.I could not know what the law / economic targets.
But I plan to

Windows 7 (Btw, I do not know, either x32 or x64 is better) for games
ATX Tower Deck
400W PSU
As a rock-G31M-S
Intel E7400 Core 2 Duo 2.8 GHz
Kingston DDRII 667 2 x 2 GB
SAPPHIRE HD 4670 1GB DDR3
Other DVD features:-RW, HDD 160 GB, 160 GB Drive Ext.Hard, w1943s LG, Microsoft Wireless Desktop 3000

It can not be supported, or anything that can be improved? I'm not a fan of games gamer.Just extreme pleasure. I do not like First Person Shooter (FPS) though.I my keyboard and mouse need to overclock enough.I something. Thanks

I think the Intel Core 2 Duo 2.8 GHz E7400 is enough to play. It is a cheap and better quality.

In fact, you can not run games on high settings, with which to build. To receive an NVIDIA GeForce games (at least 9800 or even better, the lowest card in the series with 512 or more than 1 GB) card would be better than the Radeon. At least, I personally prefer. 64-bit operating system is only necessary if you use more than 3.2 GB of RAM. Not sure 2GB is enough, you can add 1 more for the security, because it is cheaper ...

You need to climb over 400W PSU.

Also go Phenom II i5 or DDR3.
Do not use a future platform DDR2, life at the end make more of its components.

can people say that this design, is to ignore poor and can not run games for the price and what you want to do this is a good building, and 64-bit, because when you chose to 4 GB of RAM, 32-bit can only support about 3 to 3.5 GB of RAM. Perhaps another thing to do is get a larger hard drive, even if you believe that you are single, I am currently finding my place on the hard disk of 250 GB, believe me fill quickly. in terms of performance, you may need a diet a little bit bigger, but only use this tool to see http://educations.newegg.com/tool/psucal ...
