Get your copy of the South Beach Diet. I recommend a lot to my patients. It is so easy to use. You can lose weight, but the main thing is that this is a very healthy diet for diabetics. To begin the transition from one phase and phase 2. You can buy back in any bookstore in paper form or hard.

You can do almost anything not to eat very high carbohydrate content, provided it contains no sugar. Dietition my doctor said no more than 5 carbs () 75 g) per meal, which is feasible, and not more than 15 (825g) of carbohydrates per day (1 = 15 grams carbohydrate. Eating normally, and fruits and vegetables rich in starch should be avoided. The fruit is good, but in limited quantities. Limit bread, pasta, corn, potatoes, etc., and it should go. It is confusing, but everything you need to do is look at food labels. They tell you everything you need to know! Hope this helps!

View / Limit carbohydrates (bread, pasta - everything is well with flour, rice, maize), sugar, fruit-Limit (bananas), fruit juices) (without added sugars, including its boundaries, because these fibers are rich in carbohydrates. He should not eat foods that are rich) protein, no soda (even diet. Drink lots of water and cranberry juice. She goes with her, if you feel able, although it is not too far.

Hello, The truth:

A researcher in the U.S. (Denver, CO) Athletic a pound of sugar per day and could not raise their blood sugar fed. Then, increased oil consumption and 30% of total calories - a significant rise in blood glucose levels presented.

Moral and oil molecules are larger than glucose, and block the receptor of the cell. The first thing you need your aunt, is a low-fat consumption, and less sugar, which will help you lose weight, which is a cause for diabetes.

Blessings, Ben Yeshua

John, I do not know where he lives, but in the U.S. we have the so-called "meals on wheels. There are many other programs that provide meals to seniors. They are adapted to the individual feeding needs. This can be a solution to your problem. They have three meals a day. Maybe you could check something like where you live. Ask the dietitian for suggestions.

Type 2 diabetes is mainly caused by hydrogenated oils ... I watched them. They have been banned in many European countries, but the food industry has managed to bribe the government to keep on the shelves in North America. (They are used as preservatives.) Very bad for us ...
